The 12 Awesomes of Christmas

1. Family- Spending Christmas with the fam...Legendary!

2. Christmas Lights- Driving around at night and seeing the glow of multi-colored houses. If only everyone could be like the Griswold's!

3. Snow- Beautiful! It makes the city look so much more festive when there is a layer of snow on the ground.

4. Christmas Movies- The best movies ever! Elf, National Lampoon Christmas Vacation, The Christmas Story, Polar Express, White Christmas, The Grinch Who Stole Christmas, Nutcracker.

5. Mistletoe- Any reason to kiss is awesome!

6. Parties- Getting together with my friends and family at the million festivus parties that are happening this month. (Bexxx, I can't stop thinking about leg wrestling)

7. Christmas music- Neil Diamond Christmas album...need I say more?!?

8. Eggnog- It's a magical drink that comes but once a year.

9. Christmas trees- Mines a little scary this year, but I love the smell!

10. Presents- Who doesn't love getting presents?!? I know I do! Though mostly I love giving presents and seeing people open them...It's so exciting!!

11. Sales- If you are brave enough and you go to the mall the week of Christmas or the week before you can find some amazing sales!!

12. Getting Fat- Everywhere you look there is an abundance of Christmas goodies to be had!

Happy Blog Anniversary!

I started my blog 1 year ago today! Happy blog anniversary to me! I wasn't too sure about this blog venture last year, but I'm glad I jumped on the band wagon and tried it out. It's been a lot of fun forcing my thoughts on you all and I'm sure you all are better people for it. Let's reflect back to what you all have learned this last year:

* Red lipstick and smokey eyes are hot and make for a very saucy girl.
* Neil Diamond rocks!

* A Hollywood Hot list can include someone of your same sex and it doesn't make you gay.

* Small towns rule!

* Concerts are awesome! I know some of you doubted this, so I'm just glad I was here to correct you.

* 7-11 equals Legendary!

* I love the Jazz!...and if you don't then your a loser.
* There are certain albums better for making out to than others.

* I'm very much in love with my Ginger and I'm not skerd to be schmoopy.

* Best zombie movies of all time. I hate to think how many of you would have been lost without this list.

* I'm the coolest person you will ever know. Fact! (if you don't believe me, just look at this picture)

Libra's Rule!

This post was inspired by one Craig did not too long ago. Since we all know that the zodiac never lies I thought this would be good for you all to understand what makes me tick according to the universe. (**Please note that I have bolded the most important items...and have maybe changed just a few bits of wording**)

Diplomatic and Urbane

On the dark side....

Indecisive and Changeable

Flirtatious and Self-indulgent

Librans are among the most civilized of the twelve zodiacal characters and are often good looking (I would say more than often). They have elegance, charm and good taste, are naturally kind...especially to animals and mother nature and pretty people.

Librans are sensitive to the needs of others and have the gift, sometimes to an almost psychic extent (so true! I know exactly what your thinking...sometimes). They understand the emotional needs of their companions and meet them with their own innate optimism. They are very social human beings when people aren't being douche bags. They loathe cruelty (does anyone else think of the Grinch when they hear the word loathe?? I love that word!), viciousness and vulgarity, unless the vulgarity is funny. They destest conflict between people, so they do their best to cooperate and compromise with everyone around them..unless your just a complete tool.

They like the opposite sex to the extent of promiscuity sometimes (Please note that it only says I'm only sometimes promiscuous, not all the time....though I do think about sex and Scott almost all the time).

Though Librans are nearly perfect their are only a few negative characteristics. They may show fivolity, flirtatiousness, and shallowness...but that is to be expected because they are so pretty. Can be changeable and indecisive, impatient of routine, easygoing to the point of inertia, seldom angry; and yet Librans can shock everyone around them with sudden storms of rage! (translation: don't piss me off!)

To conclude, Librans are completely awesome and will someday rule the universe! (Wow! I sure do sound amazing!)

Ps- That last part was totally from a book. I didn't make that up at all!
